Children & Youth
At Hanborough Freeland Church working with, supporting and teaching children and young people is a cornerstone of our ministry. This starts at the early years with toddler groups and extends through to older teens.

"We want children and young people to discover faith in Christ and find friendships with God and their peers. As leaders we want to help them step into all that God has in store for their lives." Alice Harden - Area Lead for Children and Youth Ministry

Baby & Toddler Group
First Steps is our group for all under 5s and their parent/carer and meets on a Wednesday morning.
There are lots of toys for babies and toddlers to play with and each session finishes with refreshments, a Bible story and song time.
The group is run by volunteers from Hanborough and Freeland Church who aim to provide an enjoyable and fun morning in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Creche at Hanborough Freeland Church

During our 10am Service at Christ Church we have a Creche group to entertain our youngest members.
Children at Hanborough Freeland Church
3 to 10 years
During our Sunday Worship our experienced team will be engaging with the children to bring the teachings of the Bible to life. We seek to nurture each child's friendship with God through storytelling, singing, craft and always a lot of fun.

Youth at Hanborough Freeland Church
10 to 14 years
On Sunday our Youth will not only enjoy being together to talk and play games, but also challenged by the current Bible teaching or by one of the many leader-led teaching themes.
Young Adults at Hanborough Freeland Church
14 - 18 years
Our young adults are encouraged and supported in their faith journey. They may use Sunday as a time to connect together with leaders or play an active part in supporting the services.

Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life,
